For much of my life, I knew how to work hard, achieve, and keep moving forward. That drive helped me build a successful corporate career, lead through complexity, create financial security, and earn an Ivy League Executive MBA. But like many high achievers, I had unknowingly outsourced my worth and confidence to my title, achievements, and the approval of others. When burnout led me to walk away, I was left with a deeper question: Who am I beneath all of it?
What followed was not simply a career change, but an inside-out transformation. I learned that strategy and expertise can take us far, but sustainable change begins within—with the beliefs, emotional patterns, identity, and inner authority shaping how we lead and live.
That journey led me to this work. Today, I bring together 25+ years of business and leadership experience with psychology, emotional and somatic intelligence, and consciousness.
